1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentForce Shield (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is edited by Eshay Ltd, 1 Agoudat Sport Hapoal, Jerusalem, Israel, and operated for MAGENSEC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Services and Scope

AgentForce Shield provides Salesforce security assessments, alerting, and remediation guidance. Features may evolve over time; we may add, remove, or modify functionalities with prior notice when changes are material.

2.1 Beta or Preview Features

Some features may be labeled beta/preview and are provided "as is" with limited or no support. Use of such features is at your discretion.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident.

4. Salesforce Connectivity and Data

  • The Service connects to your Salesforce organization to analyze configurations, permissions, logs, and related metadata.
  • You warrant that you have the right to grant us access to such data for the purposes of providing the Service.
  • We do not claim ownership of your Salesforce data; you retain all rights to it.

5. Fees and Billing

  • Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are defined in your order form or subscription plan.
  • Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of access.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Service to breach Salesforce policies or any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code.
  • Use the Service to infringe on others' rights or to share unauthorized data.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security controls, including encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and periodic testing. No service can be guaranteed 100% secure; you are responsible for securing your own Salesforce org, devices, and credentials.

Security Notifications: You agree to receive security or operational notifications relevant to your use of the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

9. Availability and Support

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service.
  • Support channels and response times are defined in your plan or order form.
  • Planned maintenance may be announced in advance; emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, underlying software, and content (excluding your data) are owned by MAGENSEC or its licensors.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.
  • All trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Salesforce, analytics, email providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Term and Termination

  • These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service or have an active subscription.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, or non-payment.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; certain provisions survive (e.g., IP ownership, indemnity, limitations of liability).

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflicts of law principles. The courts of London, UK have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
